How it works
Start with a question or consultation source
Patients can ask for help with supported account and appointment tasks. A clinician can select a consultation transcript, their notes, or both for a VitalRep™ draft.
Receive bounded assistance
Fola uses the supported task context or structures the selected consultation text into editable Subjective, Objective, Assessment and Plan sections. An image attached in Fola chat is not clinically interpreted.
Keep the professional in control
The clinician checks, corrects and saves any clinical draft. No Fola response independently diagnoses, prescribes or finalises a record.
